Lutyens Aperitif

Recipe
20ml Aperol
20ml Pink grapefruit juice
5ml lemon juice
15ml passionfruit syrup
5ml simple syrup
60ml champagne

Method
Shake the first five ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled column glass or flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a pink grapefruit twist
