Red Hook Aperitivo

Recipe
20ml Grey Goose Citron
10ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Simple syrup
3 Raspberries
3 dashes Absinthe
Top with Prosecco

Method
Shake first five ingredients with ice, strain into a small aperitivo glass or chilled rocks glass over ice spheres (or hand cracked large ice pieces). Garnish with a lemon wedge and mint sprig
