Bitter Summer

Recipe

Created for a 2004 cocktail competition, and a Match best seller ever since

40ml Tanqueray gin
10ml Campari
60ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice
10ml lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
dash passionfruit syrup
5 mint leaves

Method
Shake and strain over crushed ice in a sling glass, garnish with a mint sprig and grapefruit wedge
