30ml Miller’s Westbourne Strength
20ml Plymouth sloe gin
25ml lemon juice
10ml simple syrup
Top with soda
15ml Redcurrant cordial
Shake and strain over cubed ice in a Catalina glass, top with soda and drizzle the redcurrant cordial over the top. Garnish with mixed berries.
