Deep Blue

Recipe

30ml Doorly’s 5yr old
30ml Pinot Noir
50ml Pomegranate juice
15ml fresh lemon Juice
20ml simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method
Build in a highball glass using slices of orange, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries, stir over cubed ice and serve

Created in the autumn of 2007 by Kevin, incorporating the depth and complexity of red wine to create a rich and fruity rum based punch
