Hyde Park Highball

Recipe

Created for the launch of Whisky Mist in 2006, this drink works particularly well with the balanced nature of Dewar’s whisky but you can try it with any good blended scotch, or even a light malt.

35ml Dewar’s 18yr old
15ml Tuaca
12ml Fresh lemon juice
60ml Pressed apple juice
pinch Cinnamon

Garnish: Cinnamon dusted apple fan
Glass: 12oz HighBall
Ice: Cubed
Method: Shake and strain
