Club Cocktail


45ml Havana Club 7 yr
17ml Martini Rosso
7ml Martini Extra Dry
5ml Maraschino syrup
2 dash Angostura bitters

Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled martini goblet, garnish with an orange twist and a cherry

Using vermouth and bitters with a brown spirit is almost bound to succeed, this variation using my favourite of Havana Club’s rums with mostly sweet and a dash of dry vermouths is sweetened slightly with the syrup of maraschino cherries.
