Cale Cosmopolitan

40ml Finlandia Grapefruit
15ml Seville orange syrup
12.5ml lime juice
Half a fresh Pomegranate

Juice the pomegranate (a citrus press works well for this), shake and strain all ingredients into a large cocktail glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Our update on the cosmopolitan, created for Tom’s Kitchen on Cale street in Chelsea. If you don’t want to spend time making Seville orange syrup, a good Triple Sec or Cointreau will suffice
