Red Sun Sour

40ml Finlandia Cranberry
10ml Luxardo Maraschino
20ml lemon juice
10ml simple syrup
1/2 Ripe Plum
10ml egg white

Muddle the plum, shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, no garnish

Created in 2010 for the Finlandia Finnishing school, this drink requires ripe fruit, it is worth letting the fruit get slightly overripe to ease muddling and maximise flavour
