Hibiscus Highball

40ml Pisco
20ml Luxardo Maraschino
10ml grenadine
25ml lemon juice
5ml sugar
10ml egg white
40ml soda water

Shake and strain the first 6 ingredients over cubed ice in a tall Catalina glass, top with sparkling water and garnish with a hibiscus flower.

Created in 2005, this is a heady floral drink, reminiscent of Hibiscus in full bloom, try and find some good Pisco, ABA works well
