Honolulu Honey

Recipe
50ml Gold rum
20ml mango puree
40ml pineapple juice
20ml honey cream
20ml lime juice

Method
Shake all ingredients and strain into a Tiki Goblet, garnish with a hibiscus flower.

Created for the launch of Mahiki in 2005, this drink was designed to compliment a beautiful mug created by Cheeky Tiki. The drink is uses honey cream, a mix of butter honey and simple syrup. Honey cream is a classic Tiki ingredient and, just like everything you eat, a bit of fat adds extra layers of flavour and texture
