Papua Pistonhead

Recipe

40ml Arette Reposado
20ml Fresh lemon juice
5ml Chambord
5ml Creme de Mure
5ml Creme de Cassis
5ml Simple syrup
2 dashesPeychaud’s bitters
½ Teaspoon chilli flakes
40ml Apple juice

Method
Mix all the sweet ingredients together with the chilli flakes and allow to infuse for a couple of hours (you can adjust to taste and strain out the flakes once the desired level of spice is reached), shake all ingredients together and strain into a lowball Tiki mug.

Created to compliment the Pistonhead mug designed by Tin Racer, this is a great combination of sweet and heat, if you love chilli then feel free to up the spice
