The Kukui Cocktail

Recipe
25ml Finlandia Vodka
20ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Mango puree
5ml Passionfruit puree
15ml Passionfruit syrup
10ml Simple syrup
60ml Champagne

Method
Shake first six ingredients with ice and strain into a tall Tiki mug or sling glass, top with champagne and garnish with a pineapple leaf

Created for the launch of Kukui, a huge Tiki bar and club in Oxford, this drink is the signature and most popular cocktail there and in their new sister bar in Bournemouth
