Tiki Mojito

50ml Abuelo 7yr
20ml Fresh lime juice
20ml Pressed pineapple juice
5ml Passionfruit syrup
15ml Simple syrup
3 Pineapple chunks
10 Mint leaves

Muddle mint and pineapple, add other ingredients and swizzle, serve in a short Boston can or highball glass

Rum, pineapple and lime work wonderfully well together so it was a simple step to add mint for a tropical version of the classic Cuban drink
