Soulshakers undertake a large number of projects each year, so there are always opportunities for the best and brightest bar industry staff to explore new positions. While we can help place staff of all levels, we have a consistent requirement for senior bar staff and bar management level professionals. 

 

We are also looking to recruit high quality event staff to work on projects throughout our extensive event calendar, including a busy summer season of festivals. We cater for a wide variety of clients in some truly excellent venues/locations and with our professional standard wage structure there is plentiful opportunity to gain valuable bartending experience, earn substantial wages and for the festival events, see some great bands as well.
